A CLOSER LOOK

The conditions for preparing scenes, submitting permitted material and using future generation and credit services.

What the studio offers

These terms of use apply to the public studio, original prompt studies and scene preparation controls. Live generation depends on connected services and verified provider access. The terms of use do not turn an interface preview into a promise that a video will be produced. By preparing a scene, you should understand the distinction between local editing and a submitted job. The terms of use will be updated before paid creation opens with binding plan details.

Eligibility and accounts

The terms of use require you to follow the eligibility rules of any connected identity and video services. Do not create accounts for impersonation or to evade a restriction. The terms of use do not imply that an account service is currently open. Once enabled, keep credentials private and use accurate ownership information. Under these terms of use, account recovery must verify identity rather than rely on possession of a project link or an email claim alone.

Permission for inputs

The terms of use require the necessary copyright, privacy and likeness permissions for every submitted image and prompt. Public availability does not automatically grant transformation or commercial rights. The terms of use prohibit uploading private documents or using another person’s likeness without proper consent. Confirm permission before an image submission. These terms of use do not grant a license to third-party characters, logos, product designs or source photographs merely because the studio can accept the file format.

Prohibited conduct

The terms of use prohibit sexual exploitation, deceptive intimate imagery, content sexualizing minors, fraud, threats and privacy abuse. Do not use the studio to impersonate a real person or fabricate evidence. The terms of use also prohibit attempts to bypass moderation, manipulate account balances or access another user’s projects. A rejected request is not permission to disguise the same material. These terms of use require applicable law and the eventual provider’s acceptable-use rules to be followed together.

Available settings

The terms of use treat visible preparation settings as previews until a live capabilities service confirms support. A displayed ratio or duration does not establish that an unverified model accepts it. The terms of use require validation at submission. Different combinations may have different prices, and unavailable combinations must be rejected before a paid job begins. Under these terms of use, no resolution, duration, processing time or output fidelity is guaranteed by a static settings recommendation.

Credits and requests

The terms of use require a verified cost and sufficient balance before paid submission. Credits may be reserved during processing and settled once on success. The terms of use require a failed job’s reservation to be released once. Checking status must not create a second generation. Under these terms of use, purchasing and provider failures must be reconciled through durable records, rather than by changing a browser balance or trusting an unverified redirect from a checkout page.

Output review

The terms of use make human review part of publication. Generated video can contain visual errors, unexpected details or misleading depictions. Check the entire clip before sharing it. The terms of use do not warrant factual accuracy, character continuity or exact product representation. You remain responsible for how you describe and distribute an output. These terms of use require appropriate disclosure when a clip could otherwise be mistaken for a recording of a real event.

Commercial projects

The terms of use do not grant universal commercial permission. The eventual model license and your rights in the input determine what uses may be allowed. A paid request does not remove third-party rights. The terms of use ask you to check advertising, resale and likeness requirements before commissioning commercial material. If the intended use needs a warranty or negotiated license, obtain that separately. These terms of use are not a substitute for a provider contract or rights clearance.

Changes and availability

The terms of use allow the studio interface and supported capabilities to change as integrations are completed. Unavailable services should remain visibly unavailable. The terms of use do not promise uninterrupted access, perpetual storage or an unlimited free tier. If live services are introduced, the applicable plans, retention periods and support routes must be published first. Under these terms of use, a saved browser draft is a convenience rather than a guaranteed account backup or durable project archive.

Independent service

The terms of use describe an independent third-party studio with no claimed Agnes endorsement or official partnership. Do not interpret the name as proof of model authorization. The terms of use should be read alongside privacy and disclaimer information. The contact page explains how a future verified support route will handle account or rights complaints. These terms of use do not claim that an unconfigured purchase, account or generation feature is operational before the necessary services have been connected.
